# AI Translations

You can **translate the content** of your map based on the **customer's locale** (the language set in their browser or selected on your store).

**For example:**

* A customer with the locale `en` will see the English version
* A customer with the locale `fr` will see the French version

**How to use AI Translations:**

Go to **Settings → AI Translations** and use the **Language** dropdown to choose which version you are editing. The dropdown lists **Original** plus the languages currently enabled in your Shopify store.

Pick a language other than **Original** and the card below the dropdown splits the text into five tabs, so you can work through one area at a time: **Map**, **Dealer Form**, **Tags**, **Tag Categories** and **Content**.

1. **Original**:
   * In this section, you will see a list of default content on the left side and a corresponding input box on the right side.
   * Enter your desired text in the right-hand box to change the default content.
   * This view contains all the text in your default language.
2. **A language from the dropdown:**

* This view contains the original text and its translation in the target language.
* You can choose between:
  * Manual translation: type the translated content for each text.
  * **Auto Translate**: translate every field on the current tab in one click. The button sits in the same card as the tabs — just under the tab row, above the **Original** and target-language columns.

**Saving Changes**:

* After entering your desired content, click the **"Save"** button.
